Breakfast this morning turned out to be Dianne’s wonderful “Cheesy Egg Bake.” Five… yes FIVE… kinds of cheese all whipped up and baked in individual souffle dishes. That is delicious apple-chicken sausage slices across the top underneath all that pineapple-mango salsa! Today it was accompanied with fresh melon and a variety of breads and juices. Worth getting out of bed for!
You definitely won’t go away hungry from the Inn. And there are even lots of great hiking trails, festivals and other activities to help you work off a bit of it before you head home!
